Last November 28, 2022, Side StrEAT Cafe offered promos to its customers from Maigo, Lanao del Norte to show their heartfelt gratitude for everyone that supported the business from its very first day of operation.

Side StrEAT Café offered a discount for their milktea. Customers could avail Original Classic Milktea by Jong Tea at 3 large cups for as low as 150 pesos. A sulit and budget friendly offer for every Milktea lover out there. They also offered free soft drinks for the first 50 customers who purchased fried and chicken inasal on the same date of its monthsary. On top of everything else, the shop gave its customers freebies. Everyone was made aware of this promotion special thanks to an announcement on the Cafe's Facebook page two days prior to the stated date.
